INTRODUCTION Business consulting means examining business's weakness and providing them solution in the form of suggestion, weakness can be found in human resource management, marketing management and information technology and its management in the business organisation. This report will discuss client and problem faced by client in the process (Czerniawska, 2016). Later this report will discuss competitors, target customer and target market and examine key factors from external environment that impact organization. At last this report will discuss three issue faced by the organization in the process. MAIN BODY LSST Clarifying client and problem faced by them: LSST college is one of the most stable academic institution that provide wide range of academic course and fulfil need of student. This educational organization focus on higher education that provide barrier free learning to their learning, LSST is one of the biggest colleges in the UK. However, LSST is facing certain issue in human resource management and other area of organization (Mathis and et.al., 2016). This educational institution lack behind in hiring qualified staff member which impact their smooth flow. Competitors: Competitors are the biggest barrier in the process, involvement of competitor impact organization's smooth flow and affect positioning. LSST is facing huge competitors from local educational institution that provide more salary to staff member and attract them with financial and other benefit (Hatzijordanou, 2019). LSST lack behind in proper marketing where they unable to attract skills towards them, whereas local competitors have effective marketing campaign, LSST need to provide required salary to staff to ensure they provide their best. Target customer: LSST is one of those educational organization that provide higher education course to student, their target customer are student who are pursuing higher education in science and technology (Graham and Kennedy, 2022). Apart from this, target customer of LSST are those students who came from different nation to gain education in the UK, college need to identify those students who are looking for valuable college to gain degree in science and technology.
However, skilled staff are target customer of LSST college because LSST want o attract those skilled worker that can provide their best to make college successful in the process. Target market: Target market of LSST college is education sector of the UK, this sector actively contribute in the betterment of the country. LSST can target those lower educational organization who do not provide higher education but their student will be looking for higher educational institution, this college can target every element of education sector including small college with less course. Factors from external environment: Political factor:after COVID-19 impact, government of the UK have introduced certain policy for every educational organization for example New National Curriculum that every organization have to update their course and need to meet the demand of the learner (Perera, 2017). Economical factor:after COVID-19 impact, economy of the UK is not stable, education sector was impacted because of lock down measure. Education sector contribute 95 billion euros from universities of London, educators are demanding more salary that will impact HR process of LSST college. Social factor:there is rapid changes in social factor means spending capacity of target customer have changed, student who were planning to gain higher education was unable to participate in college because spending capacity was quite low. This is major issue for LSST as their target customer will be lost. Technological factor:there is change in educational technology because after COVID-19, use of digital technology can be seen where LSST need to have latest and fastest technology to meet the need of learner. Top three issue faced by client: Lack of HR policies:due to lack of effective HR policy, LSST college lack behind in hiring skilled staff in the workplace as they fail to meet the need of learner. LSST do not consider requirement of staff member, competitors who are ready to provide higher salary to staff member impact HR policies of LSST. Ineffective marketing:Ineffective marketing is major issue faced by LSST, they are unable to target right audience and lack behind in attracting skilled workforce. Due to insufficient marketing, LSST cannot reach as many audiences as possible.

FSB (Fairfield School of Business) is private higher educational institution that promote diversity and cultural diversity in learning process. FSB is facing issue related to staff retention and insufficient reach to audience, this educational institution do not have highly skilled staff that can fulfil need of learner, and they do not have staff retention due to poor HR process. Competitors: FSB is facing huge competition in the educational process where many large colleges are ready to provide wide range of course that allow learner to meet every demand. This college is based on community based learning which means other higher educational provider have chance to win elite customer who have spending capacity (Neves, 2021). FSB is facing insufficient staff in their institution because competitors are ready to provide more career opportunity to staff member of FSB, there is high staff turnover and leaving ratio because of competitor and their involvement. Target customer: Student who are pursing higher education are target customer of FSB, this college is planning to target diverse culture where they will be focusing on those students who belong to different background and have different learning need. The target customer of FSB will be skilled staff who are ready to work with FSB under affordable salary, FSB can target student of other colleges as well. This educational institution promote diversity and focus on community based learning which means there is opportunity to target wide community with educational needs. Target market: Target market of FSB college is education sector of the UK where every education process and industry will be targeted. FSB need to focus on those community who want to
explore education area and want to get higher education, targeting diverse culture will allow them to meet demand of learner and allow them to hire staff with diverse culture that will allow them to promote education. External environment: Political factor:government play vital role in education process, FSB will going to face huge issue due to political involvement (Christodoulou and Cullinane, 2019). Government of the UK, is planning to change curriculum and add more course that allow them to meet need of learner. Economical factor:economic factors means change in economic stability of the country, UK's economic stability was impacted due to COVID-19 which means education sector was impacted as well. FSB faced major issue due to unstable labour market condition where staff are demanding more salary. Social factor:social factor is important for every organization, FSB need to consider social factor because after COVID-19 impact, there are certain changes for example, student are demanding more course including ICT learning and technical knowledge, there is high demand of changing curriculum of the higher education which will impact FSB and their process. Technological factor:technological factor means change in technological advancement which impacteducationalinstitutionforexampleduringlockdownduetoCOVID-19,useof technology can be seen where FSB and other educational institution have provide learning through technology. Top three issue faced by educational organization: Lack of skilled staff:due to lack of skilled staff, FSB college is facing issue in maintain their process and fulfilling demand of learner. It is very clear that every learner need skilled educator who can identify their need and provide education accordingly. FSB college do not have skilled staff which means they can not grow effectively. Staff retention:FSB is facing issue due to staff retention, this educational organization fail to maintain staff relationship because of policy and payroll. FSB do not fulfil demand of staff member which means they staff retention is down, this college is loosing staff because competitors are ready to provide higher payroll that attract staff member. Change in course:there was change in curriculum done by government of the UK which means educational organization including FSB have to bring certain change in their course and study
material to meet the demand of government as well as learner. FSB college now have to adopt new course that can meet demand of learner. CONCLUSION This report has discussed business consultancy and its importance in the business organization to identify issue and suggest solution. Later this report has discussed organization and problem faced by organization. Later this report has discussed competitors, target customer, target market and external environment factors that impact organization.
