Task 1
This part is related to the preparation of the forecasted annual cost of operations and there
has been an observation that the salary of the employees have been segmented to Bernard, Carl
and Allie and even the casual employees. The working hour daily for Allie has been 3.3 and in
case of Bernard has been 5 and so the overall working hour has been 514.8. It is seen that Carl
has been operating for 1300. The overall expenses for Bernard and Allie has been “nil” and
Bernard has been provided an hourly wage of $22. Hence, the overall expenses incurred by Carl
has been $28,600. The daily working hour of the casual employees has been 5 and the overall
working hour has been 1300. The hourly wages given to the casual employees has been $33 and
the overall cost that is incurred has been $ 3,300 for the casual employees. The total salary that is
paid out by the company to their staffs has been $31,900. The organization pays out insurance
and rent and hence has to pay out $2,900 and the cost of utility has been $1,680 for the company.
Hence, the yearly cost of operations is found to be $36,480.
Task 2
The employees who are working in the company have their unique processes of taking
care of the customers and hence have their own way for paying out for the books, which they
receive from the customers. With respect to price, which is provided to the customers, it is seen
that Carl offers the most number of prices of goods to their clients and in the similar manner Carl
has been delivering the highest number of products which have “poor “prices. Carl has tagged
the least number of goods as “terrible”. Bernard follows Carl who has been tagging “good’ prices
and the lowest number of products to be tagged in “terrible” and “poor” prices. Allie has tagged
the least amount books out of the three and it is seen that Carl has been pricing the books more
than the others as he has been working for more hours in relation to the other employees.

Similarly, the price that is offered every month addresses the fact that in the month of
October, the most amount of books have been tagged followed by August, September and July.
Task 3
This process looks to address and recognize the automated procedure that is used by the
employees and the organizations in specified process. The transactions that are taking place
within a specified time period is documented with the help of which a track can be maintained
for all the transactions that have taken place. These transactions that take place are sorted in
relation to the date and the time of transaction and all the communications that take place with
the customers and the procedure and the feedback is undertaken in order to maintain all the
transactions so that each of the transactions that have occurred from the initial day to the last can
be recorded in an ascending manner.
Task 4.1
This segment is constructed in order to have an idea regarding the prices that have been
tagged are meeting the prepared goals or not. The offered prices have been able to meet the
objectives that have been prepared as the prices have been labelled with respect to the book
condition and hence amount is paid to the customers on the basis of the condition of the book.
This will be advantageous for the organizations and for the customers as well.

Task 4.2
Scenario 1
The prices are labeled for the books are on the basis of the low, medium and high prices.
The price of the books have been marked on the basis of the aggregate offer price. The real price
is marked on the aggregate offer price and the aggregate price is doubled so that the price is
prepared.
Scenario 2
By undertaking a prediction that all the books have been sold and bought, the amended
price is prepared by looking at the increase in the percentage of the operating costs over the
common price that were constructed earlier. The amended prices is prepared on the percentage
increase in the operating expenses and hence new prices has been marked in accordance to the
percentage increase in the operating expenses on the actual price of the books.
