guide the team members.
 A good leader is able to manage the work of their team
effectively and motivate them to attain goals and objectives
effectively.
 This presentation is based on leadership messages given by
Machiavelli’s The Prince.

Identify what key ideas he proposed
 Be present: He believes that the leader must always be present
at the time of carrying the work.
 Sometimes your enemies are your friends: There is need of
learning from others who are around. It helps to enhance own
knowledge and skills and carry on the work effectively.
 Prepare for the worst: The leaders must carry on research and
analyse the situation so that if there is any challenge the team is
