The #BlackLivesMatter movement has been observed by the government as an act which
is important to provide security to the lives of black people. An initiative named, ACLU Racial
Justice program has been started in the year 2014. As per the documents recently obtained in
reaction to a request of Freedom of Information Act by The Intercept, in which the government
is observing the movement #BlackLivesMatter (Barnes, 2015). The informational archives from
the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Operations Coordination presents that
meanwhile, the year 2014 from the month of August, the DHS officials are been luring
community forums or social media accounts including many, like, Facebook, Vine and Twitter,
in order to collect and map evidence regarding the remonstrations of #BlackLivesMatter and
including allegedly each and every relevant events that are going on. Activities which are
targeted as the most important of all includes all the vigils which has been held silently all over
the country subsequently the fact of death of Michael Brown in the positioning of Ferguson, in
Philadelphia a protest regarding the anti-police brutality, and a protest of # BLM in the year 2015

As everyone was aware that DHS officials clearly shares all the bits of information,

System that delivers reports and handover important information to the Federal Bureau of

2016).
However, issues with this is palpable. In contemporary remonstration, crusade

rallies, die-ins and protests are the broadcasts through which they call for social justice and
reform. The observation of government regarding the protests of activist's – simply because

federal government, weather it is perceived or it is real in order to conduct surveillance on the
people of domestic group who act and looked different. Civil rights in the year 1960’s and the
anti-Vietnam War activist’s in the year 1970’s, American Muslim civil rights leaders and

scholars post 2011 September, and the recent expansion of FBI regarding religious, racial and
traditional charting program are a trickle of instances (Rose, Palifika, 2016).
The progress regarding the ethnic righteousness in America has been accurately
processed because courageous people, specifically the black and the coloured people have
elevated their power of speech in order to grasp America responsible and answerable to its
promises regarding liberty and parity. Dr Martin Luther King Jr. his family and associates in the
Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference the
Congress for Racialist Equivalence, National Association for the Advancement of Coloured
People and countless other groups and individuals I’m today’s life heralded for their perspective
of racial egalitarianism in America were victims of scrutiny of FBI in the year 1960’s.
Courageous woman and men have stood up in terms if calling the elimination of the chattels
labouring, to upsurge the espousal and implementation of a legitimate alteration promising equal
law fortification, to urge a demolition of the legalised segregation of race that has been ruled by
America for as long as 90 years, and lastly to compel on safeguard of federalism for the persons
of black populations right to vote after decades of subjugation concluded integration of
obligatory trepidation (Austin, 1997).
Hence, the civilian privileges activists’ generation made these pleas as subversive,
terroristic and treacherous. As per the observation of the government sequencer today’s civil
right surveillance is equally wrong and another and 50 years is not required to understand that.
So in order to made some solid changes in the condition of the society the first thing that the
activists should focus on a non-violating act that will transform the people inside out without
forcing them, as that will only worsen the situation. This governmental program has taken
enough positive steps to implement the required change in the society.
