Maintenance procedures and schedules:
The maintenance procedures and schedules within the company include regular
verification of properties held by the company as inventory to be sold to the prospective buyers.
The company has a standard system in place to maintain the properties in good condition to by
conducting necessary maintenance services to the properties as per the requirements of the
properties. However, there is significant scope to improve the existing maintenance procedures
in system within the company2. Firstly, the company should provide effective training to the
employees and workers on a regular basis to improve their skills and knowledge to properly
maintain and manage the properties. For a long period of time the company has not made any
changes to its standard maintenance program thus, necessary changes to the existing
maintenance system and procedures shall be made to manage the properties effectively. The
properties shall be developed as well as managed in an environment friendly way by using
environment friendly process and procedures. This will be effective in reducing the harmful
effects of painting, repairing and other maintenance work of properties on the environment.
Compulsory legislative requirements:
Fire protection and security services require compulsory legislative compliance by the
company. The company must comply with these requirements by getting certification of these
services from appropriate government authorities. Every year the company must renew its
