Business organisation is including the internal and external factors to analyse the growth rate
of the firm. In this report, firstly define the impact of the marketing strategies and the business
planning on the Aeon company which is the vast food retailer company located in Chiba, Japan.

economic, technological. Apart from that, analysing the background information of the Aeon firm in

company's headquarters are held in Chiba and Japan and it provides services such as footwear
speciality, department and discount stores, pharmacy facility etc. The company have a revenue of
5,685,303 million (FY 2012) And operating income was 190,999 million Yen in 2012, its net
income was 74,697 million Yen in 2012. There are 360,000+ employees were recorded in 2013.
This company also have there subsidiary such as AEON Retail, AEON Hokkaido Sunday, AEON
Kyushu, Maxvalu Chubu etc. It is mainly the retailer company of Japan and now onwards it has a
large network in all over the world. It has affiliated to the range of companies in supermarkets,
shopping malls, speciality stores. In this section of the basic background information it is clear that
this company having the vast brand value in the current market, which operates all the retail stores
in Japan and Malaysia (Brinckmann, Grichnik, Kapsa, 2010).
Furthermore, discussion of the Aeon group it includes the workforces, employee's
information, market and shares, stakeholders, shareholders or the team involved in it to reach those
goals. This company operates a chain of the department stores and selling the good range of the

market understanding and type of quality products that customers want from retailer firm,
Aeon in the form of clothes, food and more. Technological factor: Per the recent technological changes, market value or quality of
production in firm get affected to a high extent. To overcome this kind of problems,
management should follow the new ways of technology and produce high quality products
and need to manage it in an effective manner. They also compete with other retailers so that
they will have to make sure to select perfect target market which is well suitable for serving

profit, Net income is gradually down in the year of 2015 with the compare of year 2014.
In the year 2014 net income of the Aeon company is 212 MYR and in year 2015 the net
income is reducing effectively and final income is 132 MYR. This reduction can be affect the
quality of the production and services as well, to overcome this problem company will do the more
effective approach in the way of improving the quality of products, change the selection process of
raw material, way of providing goods and services. Gross profit of the Aeon company is gradually
increases since year 2011 and it will associate to the total making and selling product of the
company or the cost which is provided to the services. In Aeon there active members were
increased by 2.09 million to 31.85 million and this firm handle total card in shopping volume of
JPY 3.561594 trillion. In Aeon the card of shopping will be increased up 1.23 million and there
credit card will be expand by 420,000. In Thailand it opened 13 marketing offices newly and there
overseas business in Thailand and Malaysia will be increased by 18.2% yoy to JPY62.035 billion.
