There are some three most important functionare as follows :- The legislature :- It is kind of law, which has replaced the old law used by localgovernment of Malaysia. This helps to control, criticise and supervise each and everyactivity of local government. The legislature is also the representative of the local people.This is helping to improve the level of conditions and function is prefer the charges ofimpeachment of on their executive (Lee, 2016).The power of the legislature includes thegranting of money for expenses for public services and impose taxes. It has helped toimprove the level of quality of working life of rural people and addition or manage risksor improve productivity and approval for the parliaments. The law and other facts areprepared with the help of parliament members. They all are taking any new decision andmake some new law for local people and government bodies. The executive :-It is enforced by law and made by the legislature. It is one of the mostimportant parts and held responsibility for the government management system. Theformulation and execution of government policies are also the responsibility of thegovernment and give some benefit for government bodies (Ahmad, 2015).
