Executive SummaryImposing new legislations within the existing processes and laws of the organization iscapable of affecting the overall functioning of the organization. This report emphasizes on theissues and influences caused to the fiction organization ‘Best Care’ because of the introductionof the new legislations within the existing system. The expected time and budget for theimplementation and training to the employees will be six weeks and $ 10,000. Application of thePRINCE2 methodology will be helpful in delivering the proposed solution in an effective andsequential manner considering every sector and aspect of the project. This report concludes thatnew legislations is capable of affecting the overall functioning of the organization and itsprocesses however; proper planning and effective management can lead to the successfuldeployment of the legislations resulting in the efficiency on the output of this imposing. 2. Business Case2.1 Description and RationaleThe project will be needed for the accomplishment of the successful and efficient outputfrom the proposed solution as the proposed solution is training to the employees that will beensuring successful compliance within the existing system of the Best Care. The purpose of theproject will be to train to the employees about the new legislations; it’s functioning, benefits, andhow to accomplish them successfully. The training will assure that every individual connectedwith the organization is capable of understanding the aspects related to the newly imposedtraining.

Training allows the staffs to look the matter fromdifferent ways and from different perspective, and indulge in a program where several memberswill express their point of view on the same context. A time taking process has not any benefit inthe current situation as the output can only be measured after successful accomplishment. 2.3 Potential RisksThere are numbers of risks associated with the development of a training program thatincludes less number of employees attending program, escalation in the schedule, less effectivetraining materials, lack of contribution by the trainer, lack of formal contracting, and lack ofmarketing and provision. Lack of contribution and dedication by the learner, no process drawing,complexity, and poor planning are the possible cause those could possibly affect the deploymentof the training. 2.4 Product RisksThe deployment of training program in failure manner could limit the understanding ofthe new imposed legislations and thus, possibly affect the overall execution of the project. 2.5 Ethical IssuesThe proposed solution does not abide any law as, according to law everyone have theright to information and employees are not bound with any restriction that will have to enter thetraining program. PMI code of ethics does not bind any relation with the training program andhence, the proposed solution has theoretically not any ethical issue. However; practically the
