b. Privacy legislation
An organisation has to ensure that confidentiality of the information is not breached. It
requires the business to consider that privacy principles are considered while framing the

correct and accurate as all the users were able to correctly complete the tasks given regarding the

properly without any mistakes. Only 1 from 3 is of the view that improvements could be made
for making it more better. However, issues were not provided by any user regarding existing
documents. The above analysis shows that no significant improvement is required in the template
and effective. They were able to complete the template using instruction sheet.
