Instructions for document Construction:
 Determination of goal.
 Determination of outcomes, deliverables or objectives.
 Identification of the risk.
 Preparation of Visual aid.
 Develop a proper macros within the word document, macros is a series of
commands or instructions which can be grouped together in order to form a single
command.
 There are various steps in order to develop a macros in a word the steps are:
1. Set up macro: Select a view tab and then click macros and record macro.
2. Add macro button from the quick access toolbar. Here click on button and then
customise quick access toolbar. A and then add word copies from the left macros
panel.
3. Record the micro.
4. Stop recording.

With due respect it is brought in your consideration that proper training programs should
be scheduled about the training of development and use of macros template in order to convert
project proposal to macros. It is also brought in your consideration that training program should
take place within the organisation which will help the employees in improving the skills. Also,
date assigned at 25 to 31st of December 2019 and time scheduled is 9am to 12pm. Following the
