1. Three project methodologies
Agile: It is mainly used for the purpose of developing software solutions and
requirements with the help of collaborative effort of cross functional teams.
Waterfall: This methodology is focused with completing different tasks in well-
structured manner. For this purpose, step by step all the activities are performed under the
project.
Kanban: This methodology is used to manage the product creation which is highly
focused with continuous delivery of tasks (AL NAUIMI, 2018).
2. Description of Two ICT process models and the way in which they are used
There are various types of ICT process models. All of them are as follows and the ways
in which all of them could be used:
RAD model: It is an incremental model and the functions of it are developed in parallel
as it they were mini projects. It is used for different developments such as boxed, delivered and
the assembled in to working prototype.
Spiral Model: This model is a risk driven software development process model. It is
based on the unique risk patterns of the project. While using it different types of process mpdels
could be used. These are incremental, evolutionary etc.
3. Three examples of common performance metrices
Product metrics: These are mainly used for the describing the characteristics of the
product such as size, complexities, performance and quality level.
Process metrics: These are mainly used to improve the software development and
maintenance. The effectiveness of defect removal during development, the patterns of testing
defects arrival etc. are some of the examples of it.
Project metrics: Such types of metrics are used for the purpose of describing the project
characteristics and execution. Some of the examples of it are staffing patterns over the life cycle
of the software, cost, schedule and productivity (Auth, JokischPavel and Dürk, 2019).

4. Explanation of the action which will be discovered when reviewing the project documentation
that there were still some activities outstanding
When it will be identified that some of the activities are outstanding then the project
manager will be required to tale specific actions. These will be making sure that all of them will
be performed properly in upcoming period. Apart from this, the action regarding reason for their
outstanding nature will also be required to be identified.
5. Explanation of the way in which debriefing with project team can help to dissect problems
When the project manager will provide debrief to the project team then it can help to
dissect the problems. When the staff members will be aware of details of project then it will help
to ignore the possibility of errors which may take place in future.
6. Identification of three stakeholders for debriefing and reason for it
The three stakeholders for debriefing are as follows:
Suppliers: Debrief for suppliers is required to make sure that required material for
project is delivered on time.
Board directors: Debriefing for board directors is required because it can help them to
analyse the progress of the project.
Technicians: Debriefing for technicians is required to make sure that all the latest
technologies are used to complete the project successfully (Butt, Naaranoja and Savolainen,
2016).
7. Explanation of the concept of decommissioning in relation to an ICT project and three ways in
which it can impact the outcomes of a project
Decommissioning is the process of withdrawing something from the project. With the
help if it, business application from the organisation could be removed. The ways in which it can
impacts the outcome of the project are as follows:
 It can help to remove the business system from the organisation.
 With the help of it, server could be repurposed.
 Decommissioning can be help to add newly configured server bank in to the system.
8. Identification of two circumstances under which ICT project may need to continue
The circumstances under which ICT project may need to continue. All of them are as
