 Adaptability: This is an aspect which relates to reacting effectively when there is an
unexpected changes in business environment. Through this characteristic business can
regulate complexities and ensure its long term running in uncertain or unpredictable
market situation.
 Resilience: The term resilience in business relates to business continuity or crisis
management. In the process being ability of an organisation to adopt or respond to
risk factors which also determines productivity of the firm represents the true
characteristic of resilience of a business firm.
 Assertiveness: The given characteristic in business refers to have ability for
communicating message between its stakeholders in a confident manner without
being aggressive.
 Honesty: Being honest in workplace promote feeling of trust among stakeholders of
the business. This characteristic of business ensures good working environment and
develops understandings over clear aims and objectives of the business.
