INTRODUCTION
Manage induction refers to a kind of communication toolkits which is helpful for care
professionals to connect with people to understand the actual needs and desires. It includes the
way of involving a healthy conversations with patients to gain accurate information about their
specific health problem according to which effective decision making for treatment can be made
(Marrast, Himmelstein and Woolhandler, 2016). In context of this project, it is based on UK
domiciliary care which is an efficient healthcare organisation to provide various kinds of care
facilities as per actual needs of an individual. It has number of branches in the country through
they provide care services in different local areas for wellbeing of people. This assignment will
focus on importance of induction and support materials and role of induction process in
healthcare sector. It will also include role of induction in safeguarding and factors influencing
the same in children and adult care settings.
TASK
1.1 Explain why induction is important for practitioners, individuals and organisations
The induction can be defined as an effective method of making efficient communication with
patients to evaluate their actual health problems in terms of providing appropriate treatment. it is
necessary to improve the conversation method of practitioners for make correct decision of
providing appropriate care facilities. Basically, it is observed that induction should be used for
betterment of patient condition of health among children and adults. It involves that induction is
important for practitioners, individuals and organisations which are given below.
Practitioners: The induction is an important aspects which should be considered in healthcare
organisation while dealing with children and adults for their wellbeing. It includes the
importance of using induction toolkit for making healthy conversation with patient due to which
appropriate decision making can be formulated (Harris and White, 2018). It is beneficial for
avoiding risky factors and occurrence of complications which facilitate to enhance the health
condition of people.
Individuals: The use of induction is beneficial in context of individuals as they can share their
actual feelings and pain whatever they are felt due to which they can gain accurate treatment
process. It includes the benefit of attaining appropriate care facilities which provide support to
facilitate improve rate of recovery that is favourable to make child and adult patients wellbeing
