INTRODUCTIONThe information technology plays vital role in an organization as it helps in easy accessof information, communication and knowledge at every level of business organization.Managing knowledge and information in new ways is essential and it can be acquired throughlearning and experience. The new innovative and interactive networking and sharing informationbrings profound changes in the business and overall society. The present report focuses onproviding various answers related to documentary on information technology. The report furtherprovides answers based on case study and are related to importance of reviewing customer andstaff feedback. Introduction for new knowledge and information based system which affectsinternal and external stakeholders of business are explained in the report as well. MAIN BODYPART AIdentify, define and analyse business problems being highlighted in documentaryThe documentary focuses on exploring various aspects such as connectivity, predictions,population and also about how people learn. The documentary includes predictions about worldpopulation and suggests that the population is increasing day by day and it will soar up-to morethan 9 billion people by the year 2050. This is also predicted that about 70% of total populationwill be living in the cities. Information communication technology is also extending its reach atthe same time. The extending reach of ICT brings effective benefits for business organization,but, it may bring various issues and problems as well.The business organization can face problems regarding food security as large populationdensity may lead to degrade the land. And it will also lead to create pressure for forest coveredareas which may lead to deforestation (Rowley and Farrow, 2018). The increasing use of ICTand increasing population can create more competition and may induce more stress and affectswell-being of people. This may also create issue for business organization as they have to payextra fee for training employees to make effective use of ICT. Implementing and installing ICTin business for small retailers will be difficult and very expensive.
