employees. This report is divided into two parts. The first part involves answering questions
related to payroll management in Australia. The second part involves completing tasks related to
payroll management as a payroll manager at IBIS hotel.

file number declaration is downloaded and printed. This step is followed by filling the TFN
declaration form and getting a paper copy of the tax file number declaration including both
instruction and form which can be completed through online or call orders. After this the basic
employment information along with Australian business number and type of employment is used
to fill out the form digitally. The form is ready for processing at the end of this stepwise process.

CONCLUSION

The basic pay salary rate for William is 25$/25 hours = 1

Calculation of Gross Pay
Gross Pay = Employees hourly pay × employees hours.
Using this formula the gross pay for William and Alexander can be calculated.

Calculation of Superannuation deductions
Superannuation is calculated by multiplying the gross pay with 10%. Through the
application of this formula superannuation deductions can be calculated easily.
