Self appraisal can be defined as a position in contemplation of one’s own abilities, worth and
significance. It is an act of development of consciousness about one’s well doing and problems
faced to make personal assessment (Goh, 2010). By going through the process of self appraisal a
person will gain new strengths, recover his weaknesses which will result in a positive
