It aids indevelopment of skills and knowledge of employee (Barrow, and Mosley, 2011). JB hi-Fi iscompany deals manufacturing in Blue ray CD, various types of electronic gadgets, varioushardware. It also deals with retailing of consumer goods. Manager of organisation implementvarious approaches to enhance productivity of organisation and also take various initiative stepsto enhance knowledge and skills of employee working in organisation.TASK History of organisation and approaches of professionals for development of organisation JB Hi-Fi is Australian based company which was established in Melbourne. The owner ofcompany is John Barbuto who started business in 1974 but it was again sold to Richard Bouris,,David Rodd, and Peter Caserta. They are professionals who explore company into a chain of tenstores in Melbourne and Sydney . After sometimes it was again sold to private company whichemphasis Australian Stock Exchange. Manager of company took various approaches ofprofessional in order to develop environment of workplace to increase pace of productivity ofproducts. It implement various practical program which enhance skills and knowledge ofemployee working in organisation.Management of organisation implement new and innovative methods of trainingfor employee of organisation. It aids to enhance effectiveness in work process of employee.Organisation focus on to implement advance technology which is concerned with manufacturingof electronic product. In order to attain goals and objective organisation took various initiativesto enhance performance of employee working at workplace. Organisation implement a team ofexperts which analyse performance of employee and took corrective measures to solve issues

It also affect health risks which leads to increase smoking andalcohol consumption weight gain and depression work life conflicts creates various implicationof employees.In order to enhance performance of organisation management should focus on toimplementation of advance technology to reduce pressure of work at workplace. Manager shouldmotivate their employee to achieve goals and objectives of organisation. Manger shouldimplement various measures to solve various issues of employee. Implementation of flexible andshort working hour aids to enhance the performance of employee. JB Hi-Fi implement variousstrategies in order to enhance performance of organisation like it implement flexible workinghour for employee which aid to maintain performance of employee. Management giveresponsibility to each one of employee to reduce the workload. Employee's satisfaction in theirpersonal life aids to enhance ability to perform the work in efficient manner. sign and symptoms of stresses faced by employee working at workplace Stress is an inevitable feature of life, as per view of psychologists it is the reactionhappen in body which affect individuals physically, mentally, and emotional adjustment. It isforce wake up in early morning, it motivates at gyming and also inspire individuals to work. Butthere is different scenario in organisation. There are various type of stress which is faced byemployee working in organisation. Due to this factor it reduce performance of employee anddecrease working abilities of employee working in organisation (Ward and Wolf-Wendel,2012).
