Task 2
b) Analyse your Wheel of Life
Considering the wheel of life, it can be said that I am not pretty much skilful and the work based
life balance is also not effective enoughas it is pretty much required for me to focus on savings
and also show my fitness as well in order to live a really very happy and healthy life.Including
this, I have also analysed that at the time of balancing the whole personal and professional life I
have stressed out which impacted negatively on my relationships with my family and my
colleagues as well and the work station. Based on the information, which has been presented in
the wheel of life, it has been analysed that it will be required for me to take into consideration of
different range of skills and also it will be necessary that I have to improve them in order
toperform well at work station and also so to deal with every single situation in rightful manner
so that work based life can easily be improvised.
Considering the seven principles ofpersonal effectiveness, I have considered the two major
principles that can help me out in improvising my overall performance level and also the work
based life as well. In present context, the Primal principle that I have to consider is that it will be
required for me to take responsibilities successfully as then only I may become able to allow
favourable outcomes for my own and perform well at work station. Away with this, the second
principlethat I will be considering is I have to prepare a system that I can trust in order to
perform daily tasks and also to reduce the risks of reaching to a situation where outcome can be
negative for me.

b) Improve the skill/knowledge or behavior received from feedback on a four-week period. Ask
for feedback from the same people you interviewed and write down their feedback.
It is very necessary for a person to take feedback on a regular basis from their head so that
they can identify their current position and find the gap between present and future requirements.
As per the above discussion, it is said that after taking feedback on an four week period it has
been analysed that there are various types of improvements identified (Apriliyanti, 2020). At first
before the four week period according to the competency scale, it has been analysed that I was
on number 3 and after four weeks when I am getting feedback from the person whom I gave
interview they give me 4 out of 5. At first I have not so effective skills related to networking.
Some of This says that the overall skills has been improved by taking various seminars and
conferences which leads towards the enhancement of various sort of skills, behavior, knowledge
and attitude. For learning and enhancing skills it has been identified that there are various types
of activities, seminars, conferences are there which assist in learning and improving skills,
knowledge as well as behavior (Ricci, BenisScheier-Dolberg and Perkins, 2020). Furthermore,
feedback is given by the interviewer as they analysed that some of my skills are improved and
my learning and knowledge related to some areas has been improved. After taking feedback
from four week period it has been examined that my some areas are improved with the help of
activities, task and different functions performed by me. Apart from this, there are some areas
which need some improvements as my learning skill is not effective along with networking
skills. All these skills are guided by the interviewer that they need more improvements for which
various seminars, team working, conference are beneficial (Fenton and Kidd, 2020). These
methods assist me in order to enhance my skills and leads towards the enhancement of my weak
areas. As a result all the areas will be improved by implementing all the recommendations and
suggestions given by the higher authorities of the organization.
Task 4
a) There is an event organized by the industry which helps in increasing and improving the
knowledge, skill and behavior of an individual. It is a face to face event which can be conducted
by the organizer with the help of webinar or LinkedIn forum. These are the seminars mainly
conducted by industries with the help of which skills, knowledge, learning, attitude and
20

behaviorof individuals will be improved (Kapoor and Gardner-McCune, 2020). This as a result
leads towards the attainment of organizational goals and objectives in an effective manner.
b) Thereis an event was organized by the whole industry where different small and large size of
organizations takes part so that new and innovative ideas will be generated. The meeting is
mainly conducted to know the present scenario of the industry as well as new opportunities
which can be arise in front of the organizations (Todd, 2020). The meeting was a face to face
event conducted with the help of LinkedIn Forum or with the help of a webinar. When I was
going to attend the meeting or event I was very nervous and excited where I got to meet some
well-known personalities of the industry. By meeting then and taking to them, I got to know and
learn various things which will assist me in both professional as well as personal level. It has
been analysed that such type of events need to be conducted on a time to time basis so that every
individual get to learn various things related to the professional and personal life (Hardy and
Bham, 2020). When I get an opportunity to interact and connect with the people belongs to
different post my communication skill, interaction skills, interpersonal skills, networking skills
help me in a range of manner. I got to learn different sort of personal and professional things
which provides me benefits in my near future. Therefore, as per my opinion it is a sort of event
which needs to be conducted on a regular basis so that the skills, knowledge, behaviour, attitude
as well as learnings of a person can be improved and provide benefits and favourable results in
an effective and appropriate manner (Culpepper and et. al., 2020).

Subject: Regarding the problems faced while preparing for investment product for the investment form
Hello,
I am writing this to inform you that, due to busy schedule and because of the employees that are working
from home and as it was required for me to consider the different elements in order to run the branch in a
proficient manner, I became unable to present the data for the investment firm. With the help of Work
breakdown structure, these issues will not take place in near future. All the work will be distributed among
staff members equally so that every single task can get easily performed right on time.
Thank you,
Task 2
a) Explain how would you identify the problems in the warehouse that are affecting the output of
the team?
With the help of work breakdown structure and action plan, all the problems will easily be
identified which has impacted upon proficiency level of pickers and packers (Kapoor and
Gardner-McCune, 2020). Considering the information brought from the work breakdown
structure where if any sort of task got delayed then with the help of action plan all the problems
will be resolved (Aliona, 2020). This will automatically help in completing the quota of everyday
at workplace.
b) Think of two possible reasons why this may have occurred. For each reason you have thought
of, decide how you would handle it in.
Less Motivation level among staff member can be considered as one of the reason which
impacted negatively on performance level of staff members (Nite and Bicer, 2020). On the other
side, conflict among staff members along with the working culture can also be the reason which
affected proficiency level of employees. All this can easily be resolved with the help of an

effective compensation plan and delivering equal opportunities to the staff members based on
their designations (Arnaert and et. al., 2020).
Task 3
a) What do you do?
Based on the case scenario, which has been given I will be e appointing one of the staff member
that belongs to back of the house staff at the coffee machine.
b) What impact could this have on your business?
This situation where I have appointed an individual that belongs to back of the house staff at the
coffee machine will slightly impact on the business like delay in the process of delivering write
coffee to the correct person (Maiden, 2020). Also, it can also be said that slowly when the
individual get train with the coffee machine the whole business will reach back on its track.
