INTRODUCTION
The staff members have to manage their own work along with this they have to complete
in a specified time. They have to establish their own priorities and allocate their time as well as
resources so that they can complete their task accordingly. For completing the work they have to
minimise their distraction and interruptions. Moreover, they have to keep their workspace clean

In the company, manager is a person who decide that what are the work is to be done by
the subordinates and also have to set the goals for their lower level employees so according to
that they can attain the goals and objectives. Manager helps in managing all the work so that
employees can not face any issues (Tu and et.al. 2012). Supervisor or team leader helps in
providing the motivation to their staff members by which employees can provide the best
services and they can focus on their goals.

By using the SMART objectives, employees of the business entity can attain the goals
but in these objectives, goals are should be specific and measurable. Along with this it should be
achieved in a specified time so that they can obtain the best results (Iacobucci and et.al. 2013).

For each and every goal, company have to set their objectives and they have to achieve
these goals. These target should be measurable in a regular time which assist in attaining
maximum results. In the organisation, staff members have to do proper coordination among
activities and forecasting the future events (Elfer, 2012).

Urgent work refers to that work in which staff members have to deal with that task
immediately. On the other side, important work is that work in which employees of the business
entity have to give proper contribution in completing the work in a given time so that they can
attain the long term goals and missions (Austin and Sorcinelli, 2013).

workload. Along with this team leaders as well as supervisors can make the team and allot them
work according to the capability of the employees which helps in reducing the workload in
business entity and by that they can attain the targets (Frost, 2012).

business as well as functional. Corporate level strategy is decided by the owners of the company
so that they can contribute in the strategy formulation. At the business level, they have to
develop their strategy which provide the support to the overall business within the specific
industry (Blumenthal and et.al., 2012). At then functional level, it provides the support the
different functions of the business that is finance, marketing, manufacturing as well as human
resources. These strategies helps in supporting the overall business and the corporate level
strategies.

Time management system is a tool which includes the several items and they are ranging
from paper to apps to hybrid systems. There are four key components of time management
system which includes To-do list, calendar, address book and notebook for the notes and
reference.

subordinates.

There are three forms of networking which includes operational, personal as well as
strategic networking which assists in improving the personal development plan. Operational
networking help in doing the work in a effective manner. Where as personal networking assist in
enhancing the personal as well as professional development (Medina and et.al., 2013). Moreover,
they have to provide the referrals so that they can use the appropriate and relevant information.
On the other side, strategic networking helps in figure out the future priorities as well as
challenges. Moreover, stakeholders also provide the support in improving the plan.

learning. The manager of the company can conduct the seminars for providing more learning and
by that they can improve the knowledge. Along with this they can conduct the workshop as well
which helps in attaining the goals and objectives.

 Check and process a mail once in a day.
 Prioritize 20% emails and defer the 80%.
 For important mails, give reply in a day.
 Do not reply to every mail, only which is relevant.
 Create template replies.
 Read only those mails which are relevant.
 Structure your mail into different categories.
 Use filters
 When do the reply of the mail use 1 minute rule.
 Set a time limit to spend in the inbox.
 If mail is not relevant and also do not want then click unsubscribe option.

By using Smartphones they can manage their time as well as it helps in doing the proper
planning. They can organise the data so that they can make proper plans. Along with this it helps
in reducing the stress (Boud and Hager, 2012). It succour in doing the work in a more effective
way, successful and happy. Employees have to do work by doing the appropriate time
management and on the basis of that which helps in in attaining the goals and objectives.

The staff members of the business entity have to choose proper time frame for the list so
that they can reap their short term as well as long term goals. Everything should be written in a
proper way. Along with this they have to categorise the things that what they have to do. The list
should be keep in order. List should always visible to every one. In addition to this, they have to

do provide proper ranking and then they have to complete the task in a appropriate time and also
in a proper and efficient manner (Crichton, Pegler and White, 2012).

Key performance indicator helps in providing the clear idea about the critical aspects of
the role. Along with this the employees of the business entity get the feedback consistently or in
a regular interval of time which helps in improving the performance. They have to put more
efforts which will helps in recognising the achievements and on the basis of that they have to
provide the rewards to the employees so that they get motivated (Pillen, Beijaard and Brok,
2013).

functional or technical area. The employees have to put more efforts which helps in managing all

Raline plan her business when she doing work with another gardener and holds the trust
as well as honesty of her casual staff as a top priority in the business and they are providing the
gardening services to the different high professional firms and they are using the high expensive
equipment along with the other valuable assets. She has to provide the best services to the
different firms and have to attain goals (Roeser and et.al., 2012).

Raline measure her success in the terms of work expenses on time. She always consider
the work with the casual staff so that they can acceptable as long as no complaints are received.
If she received any complaints, then she solve the problem by asking the staff and also to be
more conscious in future. She provide the training and development to their staff members
without any interest. Along with this she pay minimum wages to staff members on the basis of
rewards. She compare the price of their services with their competitors and on the basis that she
set the price of the services and on the basis of that she attain the success (Knott and Scragg,
2016).

She has to use appropriate technology in business so that they can not face any problem
in attaining the success. For providing business environment, Raline improve her business
competencies by using the innovative equipments which helps in reaping the targets. Along with
this she can use this innovative technology to deliver the innovative services to their consumers
and according to that employees can improve the performance. Further, they can attain the
leading position in the marketplace. Moreover, she can use only one supplier so that they can
purchase the gardening products (Fullan, 2014).

Raline can use different software which helps in maintaining the data as well as records
of the consumer satisfaction as well as upgrade her business along with the technical skills. They
have to manage all the work by using different tools and techniques by which she can improve
their business. She have to do proper planning to do qualitative work. Along with this they have
to monitor all the business activities which will succour in reap the targets. Moreover, they have
to use appropriate skills so that they can run the business in the effective as well as efficient
manner (Blandford, 2012).

Development of appropriate work goals
Development of goals are necessary so that targeted goals can be achieved. A person
requires to make certain strategies in order to achieve the predetermined purposes. These
strategies must be based on the facts which are derived through research and analysis of any
particular segment through which a person can generate the result which he wants. Strategies and
plans which are drafted in order to make the way to approach towards perfection and it can only
be attained if targets and the methods are appropriate and have a wide scope.
Leaders and managers of any entity requires to draft some plans for the development of
business as well as an individual also wants to achieve something in his life hence for this they
also require to manage their task in an appropriate way so that a better life with some uniqueness
can be achieved by him (Reeves, 2012).
A systematic way is necessary in order to make better representation of operation and to
get productivity from them. Personal and professional development includes various goals some

of them are related with the professional development and some of them are related with the
personal development and these are classified as below:
 Job Goals: There are some goals which contains some specific work or task for clarifying
the job and its related description. Descriptions includes performing role and functions
which are attached with the duties.
 Project Goals: These goals are very specific and their duration is of very short terms.
Such short term goals are in fact attached with the long term goals and objectives of
business entity or in case of any individual person it is implied as same as an entity.
Development and implementation of a time management system
There are certain specific time which is decided for the accomplishment of certain
specific targets. Time management system can be define as a process through which any
particular task can be done in some specific time period. Time framing and time management
can provide efficiency to the work hence it is necessary for any business entity to manage time
management system. It provides employers insights to the workforce through which they can
look after any plan and strategy which is farmed in order to achieve the objectives and targets
which are predetermined by the entity or any individual. In case of any entity it provides
automataion of processes so that unrequired paper work can be avoided (McNiff, 2010).
Personal development plan
Personal development may be defined the personality of the people. Human personality
developing the many people. The human personality is the developing by many ways like
training and learning. Personal development is the part of the human management. There are
many ways of personal developing are as follows social ,economic ,technological , political, and
other ways. It develop the human talents and quality of the life. The personality of the human is
very important part which helps in developing the organisation objective and goals.
Personal Development Plan
In every enterprise personal developmental programme or plans made by the employers
for their employees .Personal development plans made for the employees for making them more
aware about their future plans and career growth. Personal development plans make the
employees of an organisation more responsible and gave them an opportunity for learning. Under
personal development programme employees learn a lot of new things and get clear about their
career plans and growth. Personal development programmes enhance the qualities of the

employees which indirectly or directly helps the organisation in achieving its goals and
objectives. Personal development programme helps both organisation and individual in
achieving their goals and objectives.
