INTRODUCTIONTASK 1Alternatives of the retrenchment.Retrenchment:-it means to legally terminate the employees to reduce the work force in theorganisation. This done when the company have excess staff which is not required and due tothat company is suffering from the loss(Busch and Milrod, 2015).
