INTRODUCTIONTASK 1Alternatives of the retrenchment.Retrenchment:- it means to legally terminate the employees to reduce the work force in theorganisation. This done when the company have excess staff which is not required and due tothat company is suffering from the loss (Busch and Milrod, 2015). This is a legal term whichmangers use to terminate the employees. This the process of discharge the surplus staff.AGRICO is suffering from the same problem of the excess employees and loss due to thoseexcess employees. There may be several alternative of the retrenchment some of these aredescribed below.Sr. no.
