INTRODUCTION
Stress management is tool or a strategy to eliminate the stress and reduce its negative
impacts as well. There are varieties of techniques such as mental, emotional and behavioural
strategies which are used to manage the stress. An effective stress management help an
individual to break the hold stress of a life so that it can make a person happier, healthier and
productive(Singh and et.al., 2021). A poor stress management affects the learning, health and
well being of a student because stress trim down the academic achievements and decrease
motivation. The narration represents the academic related stress that impact the student learning
capacity and performance as well.
MAIN BODY
Effective means of managing stress
An student should develop a personalized approach in order to reduce stress which assist
in managing the mental health condition and make also better the quality of life. There are
following ways that can be adopted by a student to remove their stress are described as under:
Accept the needs: Acceptance allow the students to remove all negative thoughts
without trying to anything with them. It helps in making aware with the experience and
learning they have which they can use for their career development. When the students
begin to accept so it make them enable to become better problem solver and support their
emotional and physical health(Peterson, Betts and Bradley,2021). The acceptance allow
the students to assert their needs which help in contributing to the healthier relationship
and reduces stress. It provide assistance in facing the challenges while pursuing the
career.
Manage the time: Time management is important to prioritise the important task which
reduces the stress of an individual. It helps the student sin achieving the goals of their
career and are able to prioritise their work which seems to be very important. When an
student adopt adopt the time engagement skill so it help them in getting done more work

in less time period. It also prevent them to procrastinate their working and boost their
confidence level that provides them various career opportunities(Reinhold and et.al.,
2021). When the time is managed properly so it helps in breaking down the tasks into the
smaller tasks.
Practice relaxation: The students who faces the difficult situation becomes stressed,
therefore, in order to eliminate such stress they should practice relaxation which provide
them ability of gaining new perspective. It helps them in building various skills to
manage their stress and increase their self awareness as well. When the the students feel
relax so it increase their ability to focus on the present and reduce the all negative
emotions that are associated with it. The students become creative and enhance their
power of imagination, good nature and temperament.
Exercise daily: This is the best way to reduce the stress because it assists the students in
improving their memory and brain functions and also protect them many chronic
diseases. The students must make a habit of exercising daily so that they can improver
the quality of sleep and reduce the feeling of anxiety and depression(Weintraub, Cassell,
and DePatie, 2021). Thus, they can start doing exercise and gradually increase the
duration with new routine of exercise. Altogether, it reduces the stress which allow them
to spend their day without any tension and in an appropriate manner. It also keep them
motivated and increase their stamina as well.
Set aside time for oneself: This is an effective way to reduce the stress for the students
because it allows to explore themselves and bring out innovative ideas to be more
creative which enhance their level of confidence. It also develops feeling of exploring the
interested things so that they can build strong their mental health. It make the students
enable to plan for their career and the achievements. This also provide opportunity to the
students to know more about themselves and provide them feeling of being relaxed.
Eat well: The students should have proper diet so that they can maintain their good
health and boost their immunity power. When they take healthy food so they keep
themselves healthy and their mind world work properly and faster. It also stabilises their
mood and cut down stress. Having balanced or proper diet reduces the chances of the
health issues and make them stronger and keep their mind faster. With healthy mind the
students are enable to gain lot of knowledge and improve their learning power as well.

Get enough sleep: The students should take proper sleep which help them in promoting
their cognition level and the memory. It also facilitates effective learning in them and
keeps them mentally and physically healthy(Das and et.al., 2021). It also help them in
improving their academic performance and improve their concentration too. A good sleep
help the students to think more clearly which help them in improving their mood by
reducing the stress. It improves attentiveness and cognitive performance of a student and
improve their health as well.
Communicate with someone: Communication helps in reducing stress as the students
to work in a team which help them in building trust and get the relationship better. With
the effective communication the students are able to get job satisfaction and improve
their productivity as well. Therefore, when there is two way communication so it make
the student understand and remove their all problems and anxiety that are cause of stress.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, it has been justified that stress should be managed properly otherwise it
can case many problems which may impact the career of the students. Therefore, effective stress
management remove all the anxiety or problems of a student which help them in taking proper
sleep and improved their health as well. It also help in enhancing their self esteem and improve
their overall quality of life. The report has discussed about all the effective ways that can be used
to eliminate the stress from the life of a students.
