I strongly believe that the internal environment is required as an attribute of a modern tourism as
well as hospitality manager. The operations in the present era is becoming difficult for the
service companies like hotel and tourism with the rise in competition due to which the managers
of the company need to understand the internal environment which helps them to take the right
step towards the growth of the business (Ezeuduji, 2015). Internal influences are essential to be
understood by the managers because it has direct connection with the external factors that can
affect the working of organisations (Camison and Fores, 2015). The internal factors can be
determined as well as adjusted via feedback and evaluation processes that offer the business with
the information that brings the change (Sherman, 2019). The needs of the customers are
changing in the market for which the managers of tourism as well as hotel needs to bring
changes in their strategies as well as decisions for which the internal environment understanding
