The organization had it’s headquarter in Michigan. It is identified that the company is oneof the market leaders in the organized pizza market. The main vision of the company is tobecome the best pizza delivery company in the world by focusing on exceptional people (Pizza,2018). It generally strives for developing various types of products that mainly suit the tastes ofthe consumers in order to delight them. The company mainly believes on the strategy of thinkingglobal and acting local. Thus, the company is mainly innovating number of new productsincluding crusts, toppings as well as flavors that mainly suits the taste buds of the consumers. Inaddition to this, providing proper value of money as well as proper affordable products isconsidered as one of the important effort by the organization.2. Three issues related to innovationThe issues that are associated to innovation are as follows:Shift in leadership: It is identified that in the mindset of recruitment world, the leadersare generally identified to be good only for a specific period for the growth of the company.However, due to shift in leadership the organization faces number of issues as well as challengesto cope with the innovation that is required for achieving success (Dutta, Lanvin & Wunsch-Vincent, 2015). Digital transformation: It is found that digital transformation generally assists inimproving the performance of the companies. However it is identified that digitization generallyposes number of challenging requirements for the organization to become capable for theinnovation that is needed for making the organization successful (Diaz-Garcia, Gonzalez-Moreno & Saez-Martinez, 2015). Explanation of the significance of the issues It is found that the innovative issues that are identified are very much significant for theorganization of Domino’s pizza.
