Answer 1: The Grant is the psychologist who gives the opinions regarding the
organization had written the book named as “Originals” (Grant, 2016). According to him,
originals are the Non-conformists, who have the ability to think creatively, have the courage
to implement them and become the champions in their field. The examples, which the grand
had given in Originals, are surprisingly amazing and shocking. According to him, there are
some examples of the people who are the original thinkers:
i. They are Procrastinator: They are the people who are quick to start but slow to
finish the task. According to the Grant, these kinds of people are the original
thinkers (Pychyl , 2010). The example given by grand for this case in the
Originals is of “Leonardo da Vinci”. He was also a chronic procrastinator. He
starts the painting of Mona Lisa at his early age but he took 16 years to complete
that painting. He was not sure about its beauty but surprisingly that paintings has
become famous because Mona Lisa’s smile. This example shows that the
Procrastinators are the original thinkers.
ii. They have a doubt on their ideas: They are the people, who looks like they
have confidence in what they are doing but at the same time from the inside, they
have a doubt and a fear about the idea. The example given by grand for this case in
the “Originals” is of “Martin Luther King Jr.”, who took risk in his life to started civil
right movement for the African-American and changed their lives (Biography, 2019).
Luther is not sure about the idea but he had courage to implement it in a correct
manner. This shows that the original thinkers have the doubts on their ideas.

The above example change the mind-set of the people regarding risk taking and the
creativity as the example motivates the individual to think positively and pursuing with his
idea whether he has a doubt or he works slowly, he should not stop as these characteristics
are of the original thinkers according to the grand. This perception of Grand changes the
reader’s to views about the risk taking and the creativity.

Answer 2:
The biggest challenges faced by employees for being creative are as follows:
a) Employees are not have enough power to implement the innovative ideas in the
organization as the leader of the company have the fear, that the idea of generating the
news way will distract the employees from the focus (Dul & Ceylan, 2011). Hence,
mostly the employees, who are creative, not get the support from the leaders or the
managers of the organization.
b) In the organization if the current product market position is good and able to generate
a good amount of profits in the organization. Then, the leaders are least interest in the
new concepts and they do not want any kind of change in the product as that product
is doing well in perspective of business. Hence, the companies do not welcome the
employees, who have the ability to change the product for its betterment as they have
the fear of losing the profitability of the existing product.
The biggest challenges faced by entrepreneurs for being creative are as follows:
a) If the individual wants to become a successful and talented entrepreneur, he or she has
to be creative and risk taker as the innovative idea he or she will implement in the

business might work or not but the entrepreneur should be courage and capable for
affording that risk (An, Zhang, & Guo, 2018). Hence, it the biggest challenge faced
by an entrepreneur is to be a risk taker.
b) The entrepreneur is the only person responsible for all the activities performed while
establishing the business. At the same time when the business is based on new
concept then there is more difficulties faced by the employees as no one trust the new
ideas easily.

The other people play an important role in hindering the truly creative people in
their work by following ways:
i. The creative people seem to be more emotional and unstable. The other people
took advantage of this and they will hinder the creative people work.
ii. The creative people seem to be the self-motivated and risk taker ones (Zinn ,
2019). The other people will always demotivate them. Hence this creative
people have to face these kind of peoples who acts like hinders for them.
The other people play an important role in helping the truly creative people in
their work by following ways:
i. The other people will always encourage the creative people to do their work
efficiently and this motivates them to do their work with the focus.
ii. The other people who want to help the creative people will always truly
believe on them and that believe boost their self-confidence, which helps them
to achieve what they want in their life to become trend changer.
