Part 2
Fourth Analysis
In the given analysis, six different situations have been provided which are related to
middle and high school. In the first situation, it was seen that a student failed to Remember about
the plan as suggested by the teacher only wanted to do the activity along with flash cards. On
being reminded about the plan, the student becomes aggressive and starts throwing the cards out
of the room and some students have been seen hitting Each Other. This implies that the
environment of the classroom is quite aggressive.
In the second situation, Cathy is a stubborn student who always gets into the line for
recess, lunch or change of classes in the end. An aggressive nature was seen within the student as
she touches, shows and pushes other students while being in line. Despite the efforts of the
teacher, the behaviour of the student did not change due to peer pressure, however the same of
other students changed as it was seen that other students started getting late for the special
classes and had very less time for their lunch break the recess.
In the third situation, the teacher noticed that 12 year old students have been using vulgar
and in appropriate language within the classroom. On being confronted about the same, decide
that using vulgar and inappropriate language, in spite of being aware of the fact that it is not
justified, they have been using the same because according to them it makes them look cool and
funny in front of their friends.
In the fourth situation, it came into the notice of the teacher that 7th grade girl had been
passing notes to her fellow classmate. As the teacher confronted the student about the same and
took the note away, there was an indifferent reaction of the girl towards the situation as she

started to cry when the class got over. This made the teacher curious about the note and went on
reading the same. In the note, the teacher found out that the girl had been informing her
classmate regarding her parents being out in the weekend and that they could come for sleep
over. The most inappropriate found in this situation was the girl telling her classmate that she
would do anything which he asks her to do.
The fifth situation highlights the issue of a student who was a homo sexual. The student
has been facing bullying issues within the classroom by three other fellow students who called
him homo and a fag inside as well as outside of the classroom. It is an example of sexual
harassment with a high school student (Glock, 2016).
In the final situation, the boy named Ted is quite rude and arrogant By Nature. The
arrogance of the student can be seen as he refuses any kind of class participation and prefers to
stay away and alone. On being confronted by the teacher, the student shows his arrogance to the
teacher as well and asks them to leave him alone.
Interventions
The first situation indicates the forgetful behaviour of the student as well as aggressive
nature of other students. Forgetfulness is often practiced by some students religiously. The
memory lapse of such students can extend to all the School aspects right from bringing lunch for
recess to remembering a topic taught in class. They can be helped for remembering more
efficiently by the means of classroom accommodations as well as memory aids (Alderman &
MacDonald, 2015). Whereas some students need the absence of an aid and would require
learning from their own mistakes instead of getting bailed out from the teacher. Students should
be allowed for borrowing items on conditions that they return the same on time. Bailing out
