The main purpose of the following report is to provide a message to the different officers
of the company in order to strictly follow the new set of ergonomics policies in the workplace.
The report has highlighted on the shocking condition of the ergonomics in the workplace
of Environmental Initiatives. The shocking condition of the workplace has been came into notice
after a serious round of inspection last month. Reports from the observations showed that more
than half of the workers claimed compensation as a result of musculoskeletal disorders. The
different problems currently existing in the organization has been presented here and the director
wants to end this menace through the creation of a strong ergonomics policy.
Body
Apart from the report created last month, the observation and the meeting with the health
and safety committee of Environmental Initiatives. The reports has shown that there has been a
serious problem in the different chairs of the company which has been the major reason behind
the problem in the spines. The director has pushed for the creation of a strong and well
established policy for ergonomics that can ensure the success of the organization and ensure the
health and safety of the workers. The compensation process is certainly bent to the disorders in
skeletal. This shocking figures is a problem for the organization and thus they needs to address
this issues in a proper and efficient manner. The ergonomics strategy has been presented in this
study which is certainly the most important consideration for maintaining the WHS policies.

A number of different kinds of policies and strategies has been undertaken by the
management of the company in order to ensure the safety of the workers and ensure a better
amount of positive productivity. At the very beginning, the company will focus on the ordering
of modern chairs that can help to maintain a scientific posture for the workers. The company will
also provide the different kinds of the other accessories and equipment to support the ergonomics
structure of the organization. The new equipment needs to be adjusted according to a scientific
and systematic posture that can help to address the issues of the organization.
