Leader of an organisation is an individual who influences his followers to work
effectively for the achievement of the specific goal (Harvard Business Review ,
2019).
Leadership is the leader, who has the abilities to influence, guide and helps the
employees of the organisation working under him. In addition, generally, the
executive management or the individuals who have secured the C Level position in
the organisation perform the leadership duties (Techtarget, 2019).
Around 65 % of the Businesses have improved their performance because of the
leadership development program compared with the other six companies who are
not following this program. In the same manner, approx. 86% of the companies have
a rapid response with this program as per the dynamic environment (Center for
Creative Leadership , 2019).
Brief Introduction of Case study “A meeting of minds?”
In the case study, the MD is appointed as the head of the company recently acquired
in Italy. In addition, he has to spearhead the changes in the operations running in the
European countries. Before the departure, MD instructed the owners to make the
cross subsidiary team of companies key managers. These managers have to work
under his Leadership.
In this Report, there is a detailed explanation of the leadership along with the
