personal skills will support career
development.
The managerial skills aid a person in realising their personal needs
and supports in planning as well as managing all the activities
which are necessary for fostering career growth. These quality
also enables a person to make quick as well as suitable decision
related to their career. Personal as well as manager abilities
provides an individual with as clear idea about the path which
a person is required to follow. It also assists assist an individual
in to thinking about the ability, knowledge and experience that a
person is acquiring in actual role, and the way these can
contribute towards their professional growth. Managerial
abilities will assist an individual in generating self awareness
about the area of improvement.
