INTRODUCTION
In settings of the production, manufacturing or service supply, operations management is
primarily concerned with the planning, coordinating, and overseeing (Abidin, 2021). As a result,
this is delivery-oriented, guaranteeing that a company efficiently converts inputs to the outputs.
There are two different section involved as the first section is all about charity dinner that hosted
through celebrity. The other section will be discussing about the four different Vs of operations
such as column, variety, visibility and variations.
SECTION A
1) Provide a suitable Work Breakdown Structure as well as a Product Breakdown Structure for
this project
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is deliverable-oriented hierarchical breakdown
of work to be carried out through project team in order to meet project’s objectives as well as
produce the requisite deliverables (Eid, Ibrahim and Zaid, 2021). The Work Breakdown

Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) is hierarchical structure of items that project will
produce. It seems to be similar to a "checklist" for the project. In form of hierarchical structure,
this decomposes "Main Project Product" into constituent parts. Product Breakdown Structure
