INTRODUCTIONProject management is the process where the organisation initiate, plan execute,control and close the task of the team in order to achieve the common goal so that they canable to meet the company's success. There are various function that need to be fulfilled sothat the project is administrated in the proper way, that includes assist project sponsors,teams and managers by communicating the framework so that the company can able tooperate with them. The framework includes standards, processes and coaching. It is manlyemployed in the larger projects where the company have more documents and formalcommunication. In the project management, there is main role of the project administratorthat need manage all the resources such as human resources, equipment, fund andinformation. For this project, new product design for the Bullitt Group Ltd company havebeen taken. The company is operatingsince 2009, they have headquartered in the Berkshire in the UK. The company has fourpartners that are Colin Batt, David Floyd, Bullitt designs and Richard Wharton. They soldtheir products in more than 75 countries and operate around the world and serve in majorcountries like UK, USA and China. The organisation delivers unique products experiencefor their unique customers (Asare, 2016). From the design to distribution, they produceinnovative goods and service that bring the global brands connected and together with thedifferent technologies in order to deliver unique solution to their customers. The firmproduce rugged smart phones which are stand up to the toughest elements. The companyis planning to produce new product that is rugged phone with the GPS which help thebuyer to find their valuable assets. The organisation want to develop, design andmanufacture the connected devices and software services which help the exceptionalindividual to move further and achieve something more in their work and life.
