And one side I can not give them something additional as it will be a loss for our Pizza express company. There I have negotiated with them that they will be giving first priority on their next visit and they delay will not happen again. This has given a positive outcome as they have accepted my request and I was successful in convening them for late services due to some technical error in the pizza making machine. INTERVIEW PRACTICE During the interview simulation I was able to determine some positive as well as negative aspects form which I was able to learn: Positive I want to write about my experience before giving interview in Arcadia company. I am going to play the job role of Merchandiser Administrative Assistant. In the interview room, I was very confident. Feedback from my colleagues identified that, although I started answering questions without the use of the STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) technique, I was able to acknowledge it and started using it effectively for the rest of the interview. Some people advise me to take classes and coaching from the professional but I didn't choose this option But I practised at my home on my vocabulary and my language. I gave clear answers to my interviewer. I am also very good in making eye contact with interview and my body language was also awesome. I don't want to behave like a robot. I want to show that I am very confident person. It can only be presented through my speaking ability and body language. I also take information from company's website about the interview system, recruitment process and all other important informations which can be asked by them. Then I also practice and search about in depth about the knowledge of sales and a merchandiser, marketing and other topics related to my job work. I am very confident that I will be selected because I am doing practice very sincerely and I am working very hard to select for this job. Negative During the interview session, I also identified that I was losing my focus on some question and I am asking irrelevant topics.
ASSESSMENT CENTRE PRACTICE The assessment centre simulation was carried out in groups and I found that I quite enjoyed it due to my competitive nature. Reviewing the event I can point out some key positive as well and negative points which was my strength and my weaknesses. It was my amazing experience giving interview in Arcadia Group. I have interviewed form the general manager of the company. He has instant personality and he is very nice person by his attitude and words. Interview ask me my name and my other personal information. I introduce myself inform of him in a designated manner. He also asks me about my interest areas. I gave all the answers in very confident manner. After that he ask me about my past experience in my company and he also asks me the reason behind leaving the previous job. I gave answers in honest way that I find Arcadia a good opportunity for the future development and growth. After asking all my personal information, he gave me a paper in which I have to right about marketing concept in 505 words in 25 minutes. This is my first tie interview and It was good. After submitting the paper, he takes my test of computer typing and my basic knowledge. I present myself in very outstanding way as I have good command on computer knowledge. I have good communication skills and I found that I was able to pay attention to detail, communicate effectively but also maintain resilience until an adequate solution was found. After passing this test, interview again call me he admires my knowledge and skill and he said that he will call me as soon as possible. My experience on giving interview at Arcadia Groups was outstanding, I learn so many things from that small event which is very useful for my future growth. In the interview session I was very confident that I will achieve the desire goals and my aim to select for this job because I know that I am giving right answer. My rehersel is only the reason why I am confident on my answers. In addition to this, I also find my strength and weaknesses after giving the interview and I will work on it to make more bright. Negative All team members do activity take part in the practice. However, this was not ideal I was able to brush it aside and continue work. Team work is important to find a quicker answer I am able to keep trying and influence a team as an individual.
