Introduction
The role of the contextual factors is huge in the business that entails environmental along with
the personal factors. The contextual factors have a significant impact on the decision making of
the company. There are some contextual factors such as activities of the company, risks,
corporate governance risk and business practices. The target of this paper is to highlight the
contextual factors to make an effective decision-making process for the manager of the company.
It is necessary for the managers of the company to be clear about the environment so that
appropriate action by the decision can be taken for the improvement of the business. The specific
journal articles will be provided for this paper in order to describe the given contextual factors
such as Organizational structure, forces of the environment, risks facing by the firm, business
practices of organization or business and the functions of the diverse firms. By taking
consideration of each article, the research will be highlighted in this paper regarding contextual
factors so that the manager can take a decision in an effective manner.

Organizational structure is the main contextual factor in this journal article. The main aim of this
article is to identify the relationship between the organizational structure and the firm
performance. The research has identified various ways to increase the organizational efficiency.
It is premised over the arguments that neo-liberal context is liable to increase the questioning,
and concern over the researcher neglect of ethics. This problem of business and society will
influence the way the researcher should focus on organizational effectiveness. The discussion

questioning regarding the roles and aim of business in the neo-liberal economy. By

practice and research agenda on some of the vital means that have been neglected from the
organizational effectiveness. The dominant mode has been used in the research that is able to
focus on hard and enablement by internal alignment, which is being carried out into questions.

hampered. This journal article is based on the understanding of pro-environmental behavior at
the workplace that provides a notion of taking action before environmental forces hamper the
position of the company. This article has reviewed various articles through which it has come to
know that the pro-environmental behaviours are amplified day by day. For which, the researcher
has represented the framework to elaborate pro-environmental behaviours at the workplace.
In the context of new findings, there are the administration regulation and the behaviors of the
pro-environmental, which is connected to the narrative from the theme of communal psychology.
In order to define pro-environmental behaviors, the researcher has entailed a theory of Value-
Belief-Norm (VBN) and a theoretical framework. With the help of these new findings, the
manager would be benefitted because he can take appropriate decisions in the context of
organization benefits. The knowledge about the impact of environmental forces would be
amplified for the manager. It was obvious that the managerial conservationism will put influence
on the pro-environmental behaviors of the worker by common norms.
