Yet another major factor that has reformed the organizational communications is the use of social media mainly to interact with the external stakeholders of the organization. With the increased use of social media, marketing and promotional communications of entities have restructured drastically (Parveen, Jaafar and Ainin, 2015). In addition, these aid in building employee and customer relations. Nevertheless, it is significant to note that in order to implement the same suitably in the workplace, legal, disclosure, and overall national and regional regulatory requirements are required to be complied with. Thus, as per the arguments elaborated in the previous parts it can be stated that a number of factors influence the organizational communications significantly. In order to streamline the processes and guard the same, it is necessary for the organizations to scan such internal and external environmental factors.
