Apartfrom this, it has been identified that in the present report aim as well as objectives of thecompany are going to be prepared in an effective manner. Along with this, before expanding theproduct it is required to examine the current market situations. For this, managers of thecompany adopt SWOT as well as PESTLE analysis.AimsBefore expanding business activities at the competitive marketplace, it is very importantto decide aims and objectives of the company. It is very required to have defined aims, so thatthey will be able to work accordingly and gain competitive advantages at the marketplace.
