Introduction
Management can be defined as a procedure of managing and controlling the affairs
of the business in the manner of its type, structure and size. Leadership is a
procedure in which executive can direct, guide and impact on the behavior and
work to achieve specific goals.
Management and leadership both are important aspect of any organization that
plays essential role to achieve all the organizational objectives & goals.

Sports typology And Nature Of Organization
The supply sector of sports typology developed by Taks & Misener (2015).
According to author selected two-sector which is Public and Voluntary sector. To
understand both sectors in detail manner selected two organisation from different
sector. For Public sector select Rugby football union and in the context of
Voluntary selected Leicester Tigers.

Rugby football union: This union was founded in 1871 and was the sport's international
governing body before the arrangement of what is now known as Rugby (WR) in 1886.
It motivates and move the sport, arrange international matches for the England team and
educates and trains all the players at the official level.
Justification: For Public sector select this industry because the RFU is an industrial and
provident society. From this society connected about 2000 member clubs that are
representing about 2.5 million registered players.
