1MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP IN TEACHING PROFESSION
As a pivotal figure and the headmaster of this school, I would like to draw the
attention of my respected teachers, staff members and mentors, as I will be delivering the
essential factors that need to be imbibed in order to improve our performance and achieve our
respective goals. Thereby, today I expect a united integration of our presence in order to
understand the needful things to do for the betterment of our students and institutional goals.
Our performance related to the duties assigned to our respective class teachers needs to be
consistent enough to attain a required standard in terms of leadership, motivational and
inspiring approaches, mentoring and training as well as professional development.
Being the integrated sole authority of the school, we must encourage each student and
encourage fellow teachers and staff members in order to retain a healthy environment. It is
every individual’s duty to improve the recognition of the school through the outstanding
performance of the students in their academics. In addition, our motive is to develop the
teaching skills and method in order to make the subjects more interesting for students. There
will be favourable progress when students find immense interest in their study course. It is
necessary to gain massive recognition across the globe (Darling-Hammond, Hyler &
Gardner, 2017). In order to maintain a massive recognition, our school faculties along with
the students need to increase and excel at the competence level. Through the spirit of our
competency, we would be able to hold the crown and will stand among the leading academic
institutions (Richardson, Karabenick & Watt, 2014). Our school also targets to maintain
institutional decorum and rules in order to stay disciplined. In addition, our school focuses to
incorporate sports installations and environmental group project work. Such initiations would
inspire students to stay active and healthy. The environmental group project programs will be
assessed once every two weeks to make the student imbibe the environmental values and
virtues (Kennedy, 2016). It is necessary for us to approach programs like planting trees and
keeping our surroundings clean and help the stray dogs and cats by feeding them. Such

force of future, the right way of living healthy through teachings and moral values. Such
initiations will help us to achieve our missions and goals.
Following it, the prime goal of the school is to function the educational reforms
progressively. It is to address our respective mentors, professors, teachers, staff members and
the administrators that the students must remain facilitated with required practical classes as
our motive is to visualize them the facts and observations whatever we read in the textbooks.
The more they experience in reality, the better is their growth and the dynamics of
understanding (Richardson, Karabenick & Watt, 2014). The textbook illustrations and
explanations and editions must be revised in order to keep the students updated. We must
assess classes on the general knowledge as it would help students help build their
understandings, views perspectives regarding state affairs, economy, sports and the news
related to the entertainments. We must stick to the pillar made of moral principalities and
virtues. Based on these morals and values we can take forward our students with flying
colours (Darling-Hammond, Hyler & Gardner, 2017). In addition, seminars and interschool
competitions based on curricular activities along with academic examinations will be
programed in order to motivate our students to put up with their efforts and skills. Such
initiations would make them curious to test their skills themselves through inter school
competitions and seminars. To initiate it successfully we would need the class teachers to pay
attention to children and analyze their talents and skills in order to help them embrace those
hidden qualities and explore further. Being the mentors, it is our duty to encourage them with
the help of education authority(Kennedy, 2016). We must analyze the students by
maintaining the institutional ethics and also we should focus that will be no discrimination of
students on the basis of race, caste, creed, ethnicity and socioeconomic status (Darling-

along with the different economic status of the students. We should not judge any individual
on these factors. Therefore, our school also focuses on maintaining the decorum and fair
justification of every situation. In addition, we should make the students understand the
magnitude of the values of equality, unity and integrity (Richardson, Karabenick & Watt,
2014). This would help maintain a healthy educational climate. Following it, our greatest
motive is to create a favorable disciplined environment so that the students can focus and
explore their capability as much as possible in the supportive educational environment
(Ormrod & Jones, 2014). The teachers and mentors must appreciate every improvement of
the student as it encourages the student to come forward and reveal their talents. There should
be a reward system for every small achievement no matter how unimportant it seems for the
teachers (Darling-Hammond, Hyler & Gardner, 2017). It is to be understood that those small
achievements are big achievements for the children. Such initiations help the school to

must allow students to express their free expressions and will in order to analyze the nature of
the student. This further helps the teacher to connect with the students while conducting a
class. The teacher must aim primarily at expanding their knowledge and flexible ways to
make students interested in their subjects. Though we know every teacher is remarkable
expertise with their subjects, yet few teachers need to work on their leadership quality. In the
dynamics of the teaching profession, one must know how to improve their leadership
qualities. It is very essential for an individual to make the students follow what you advise
and teach in the teaching profession (Kennedy, 2016). Therefore, the behavioral patterns need
to be taken care of and in addition, one must keep on implementing innovative ideas in order
to see remarkable and satisfactory results from the student (Ormrod & Jones, 2014). Apart
from the development of professionalism, the infrastructure that has been incorporated in the
school for the students and teachers must be maintained through ethics and discipline.
Violations of moral values will not be encouraged.
In conclusion, through the reference of individual factors, organizational factors,
cultural factors, and social factors, I believe that all the teachers and mentors would
acknowledge these factors and work accordingly together to improve the performance of the
students.
