Management plays an important role in the organisation with its key effect and the nature

1884, and is dealing in all mover the world. M&S usually deals with all the food products,
clothing and all the home essentials . Its headquarter is in London, UK. This report will there by
cover all the management and the operational skills of the organisation.

employees by the help of rewards and bonus and other various targeting achievements.
