Marks and Spencer follows flat organisationalstructure so this type of management structure has limited level of administration among frontline employees and management levels. This company structure is followed in organisation formotivating and encouraging the staff employees in making effective decision procedures. Alongwith this, it is that construction which help in reducing the bureaucracy and develop staffmembers to became more talented and skilled for making effective decision in proper manner.Manager– Manager is a person who works for creating desired objectives and goals forfirm to getting high level of success and growth in future time period (Baboli and et. al., 2014).They has those employees who works for achieving upcoming goals in easy manner.
