INTRODUCTIONManagement and operation may be defined as an administration of business practices inorder to reach at the highest level of efficiency in an organisation. It is one of the key area ofmanagement as it is concerned with management of business operations. Google, an internet,software and hardware company was founded 20 years ago on 4 September, 1998. The companyhas diversity in its workforce and has employed around 99000 employees by the end of 2018.This report will include the study of roles and characteristics of leaders and managers, differenttheories and approaches of leadership, strengths and weaknesses of different approaches in thework environment and much more.P1.
