different principles of six sigma like support of senior executive, top down training, with the helps of
this leaders and managers of Newham council can reduce time to council any customers.
 Lean production: This is the process of optimizing the process and eliminating waste. This help the
Newham council company to providing the high quality products and services like housing, education
