INTRODUCTION
This presentation is based on the Starbucks restaurant chain.
This presentation will show the roles and responsibilities of the managers and leaders of the
Starbucks.
This will also help to present the characteristics and functions of the leaders and managers of the
Starbucks, how they help the company to achieve its target.

Different roles and responsibility of the
managers and leaders
Leaders of the Starbucks are the one who helps to lead their subordinates in order to achieve the
specific task of the Starbucks restaurant, in which they help them to increase their productivity by
motivating them, inspire them and influencing their behavior to enhance their working action.
Whereas, managers of the Star bucks restaurant are the ones, who manage all its management
activities, and organization and responsible for all the planning, directing, creating policies for the
restaurant (Montalvo and et.al., 2017).
All the employees of the Starbucks have to be performed accordingly in order to achieve its
overall organizational target.
