INTRODUCTION
Management of business activities is an important aspect of firm in carrying out business
actions in more effective way. Operations can be termed as the activities or functions that are
followed by an enterprise. It supports the achievement of organisational objectives that are been
set by a entity. The top management of a firm will look after execution of this approaches for
growth and development purpose. Current assignment includes the details of operations
management at UK based advance technical equipments manufacturing corporation, A&R
Cambridge Ltd. It is a technological enterprise which produces high quality and advance
electrical equipments. The report covers roles and responsibilities of leaders and managers and
different situations faced by them is evaluated. The range of theories and concepts of leadership
are also analysed. In addition to this, approaches and key elements of operations management
system is analysed. Also, report will explain impact of CSR, culture, value and ethics on
business functions.
