Introduction of chose organisation structureSouth bank Centre is the largest arts centre of UK and consist of UK's top five visitorattractions. It was situated about 17 acres site which is midst of the London's most vibrantcultural quarter on the south bank of the Thames. The company is consisting three mainperformance venue with the help of Hayward gallery. There are coming several visitors for seearts and over two thousand paid performance of music, dance and literature on the stage everyyear. It was opened in 1 may 1951 about 68 years ago. 2. They are setting clear vision and mission according to that directthem. The leader of South bank motivate to people regarding to work to achieve business goalswith full efforts (Imanudin, Armanto and Susanto, 2019). Role of leaderProblem solving: The leader is taking responsibility of a team and focus on everymember performance. If they are facing any problem during to task that time solve iteffectively.
