optimum utilization of resources is initiated.

Six Sigma: It is a data driven approach which
helps in eliminating defects from the
production activities of the business.
Lean production: It is a systematic approach
where it is ensured that the waste from
production and services is reduced to the
minimum.

Role played by managers and leaders
Adoption of six sigma approach which is data
driven can help in better functioning.
He also plays an important role in motivation
and acts as an influential factor in the
organization.
Leaders ensures that the functions of

effectively.
