INTRODUCTION
The management is termed as the procedure of direction and controlling management
functions. It involves functional activities that involves group action for achieving their targets
and goals effectively and efficiently. Administrators and director of business are both important
for the management functions. The basic objectives of administrator is to supervise their team
members on achieving their administration goals and targets. The company considered in this
report is British Steel. British Steel Tinplate is one of the major source of suppliers of fine
quality of steel tinplate as it relates with two business plants. Tinplate is supplying in a broad
manner of promotional material in markets. This report determined about role and characteristics
of managerial faculty(Abaei, 2019) . As also report includes about the explanation of
requirement and value of managerial functions to accomplished the target and objectives. It also
involves the word about the business environment functions which impacts managerial process
that allotted by administrators and staff members.
TASK
Roles and characteristics
Managerial function is refers as the process of designing, controlling and managing the
functions of organization. British Steel facilitate in the drinking markets that featured it that the
organization will joint to creativity, technical ability and centered marketing activities to improve
its market position it also includes several functions of the company.
It is important for British Steel staff members to perform effectively and meet
organizational targets and set of goals. Administrators must have attributes to control and handle
association.
Role of leaders
The administrator of British Steel have to hold up effective and efficient relationship with
their staff members and they should understand how to handle issues and fights in
management(Al-Mazrouie, 2020) .
They have to interpret and develop operative perceptive and surrounding at the
organization and provide effective and efficient activity to individuals and staff faculty of
British Steel.

effectual power of the the leading field of area that centered the leadership where the unit, tasks
and a group of an individuals are also be able to use of the function in a suitable manner. In
British Steel, as with the manner of this concept, directors can accomplished their outcomes and
targets as successfully, build motives and form a framework that enhance the managerial
operations.
Contingency Theory of leadership: The theory represents that on the situational plan of action
that is practically relates it by the management of the organization that is as per situation which
has lining by the structural concepts of the organization at fixed period of time. In British Steel,
this concept of activity can be utilized by the managerial directors in a variety of situations to
maximize the growth and development(Chirumalla, 2018) .
Concept of leadership: It represents manner of attributes and abilities of managerial executives
that leads to organization. In British Steel, as this concept is facilitate to enhance in productivity
ratio and increase profitability. It is good to handle the personnel of management strictly.
