INTRODUCTIONBusiness is considered as complex system that are involved in complex activities thatrequires effective planning and supervision. Operation management is defined as managerialactivity that includes designing as well as controlling procedures of production and operation. Italso involves redesigning of operational system. The objective of operational management is toassist business entity in increasing its operational efficiency and enhancing production capacity.Operational management is more concerned with converting input into desired output.
