Growing consciousness about quality among customers has driven the producers to adopt effective
quality control techniques and, thus management and operation plays a vital role in an enhancement of an
organisation. This report is based on H&M which is a fashion clothing store for men, women and
children. In this study it covers different roles of manager and leader, application of leadership and
management theories and difference between management and leadership.
Introduction

Every organisation is established with certain goal or objective, for which they require an impressive and
productive leader or manager who provide proper guidance to manpower and govern each and every
business operation and function. By which, they are able to accomplish their pre determined vision in an
innovative manner within prescribed time period.
