INTRODUCTIONManagement is considered as organisation of all the operations, services and proceduresin a systematic way. Management plays a very essential role in an efficient ongoing of theprocesses and thus also helps in an appropriate handling and controlling of all the procedures thatare important for an organisation (Collet, Drouet and Truntschka, 2017). The report is aboutdiscussing about the management and operations of Snapchat along with its organisationalstructure. It also involves some elements of web frameworks to describe the culture of SnapInc.Also, it involves the management approaches with benefits as well as drawback included. Alongwith this, innovative strategic objectives of SnapInc have also been included. TASK 1A. About SnapIncSnapchat is a very well known multi media messaging app that has been developed sevenyears back, in September 2011. It has been developed in compatible versions for both Androidand for the iOS as well. It has been developed by SnapInc. It is classified as a social mediaorganisation. The scope of SnapInc is that more people can install and use the app, share theirlive stories, images, videos with one another (Evans and Brooks, 2016). SnapInc is alsoclassified as a camera company because their focus is to maintain the fact that camera helps inproviding great opportunities so that it can make some sort of improvement in the way peopleinteract and live. It has been observed that the market value of SnapInc is about 17.20USD. B. Organisational structure of SnapIncThe organisational structure of SnapInc consists of various factors along with a hugenumber of strategies involved in it to maintain the processing efficient enough. CEO of SnapIncEvan Speigel after teaming up with a classmate co founded the specified application which isnow termed as successful enough in satisfying the requirements of people thus providing a rangeof different features. The whole company is being run by two founders along with 1859 numberof employees on an overall basis. The structure has been expanded from the time it has startedand now the company has achieved millions of satisfied users. Also, the company on a regularbasis, tries to involve some new features so that their customers can get something different andthey don't get bore. This can be considered as a smart move by the company to attract thecustomers. 1

TASK 2A) Benefits and drawbacks of one modern management approachQuantitative approach It has been recognized as the important tool of analysis and language for the preciseexpression of the important concept and relationship. In this context, the organization is usingeffective business framework that needs to be utilized by them for an effective knowledgemanagement. It can express in mathematical terms which provide tools for the analysis but theywill be treated an independent system of management thought (Walz and Gilbert, 2014). Benefits of the System approach of modern management which is used by the snap chatorganization is mentioned above:Provides contribution in the field of management is significant. Also, provided support in implementation of various business processes as well asincrease knowledge of employees.It is also based on the generalization that everything in the process of management isinterrelated and interdependent.Composed of related and dependent element which in interaction forms a unitary whole.Moreover, there are some drawbacks of the quantitative approach have been discussed above:Does provide weight age to human element which plays dominant role in organisation.In actual life executives have to take decisions quickly without waiting for fullinformation to develop models(Best,Moffett and McAdam,2016).Variable towards the process of decision making will be measurable and inter dependent.This assumption will not be realistic for every organisation.
