Management is the process by which activities that is taking place within an organization
is managed in effective manner. In management plaining, organizing and monitoring of all
process within an organization is done. Global environment is that kind of environment that is
relate to business that has been taken place at global level. Management and global environment
are interlinked with each other as managers holds responsibility to maintain healthy working
environment. In this various questions is been given that is based on concepts related to
management and global environment. These questions has to be answered regarding diversity ,
team management and positive environment has to be covered.

What steps are today’s organisations taking to promote diversity and are these efforts effective?
Diversity in an organization is related to having inclusive workforce within an
organization. Such workforce involves different persons working with coordination and
togetherness for accomplishing of goals. Diversity in an organization can be promoted by
following certain steps and they are as follows:
Mental ability of an individual
In this ability to understand things and interpretation of them is seen. Further it also
makes an organization understand that weather a person is possessing correct knowledge
about task he or she has been allotted to do (Potdar, Unnikrishnan and Singh, 2019).
Also in this reasoning, problem solving and applying solution in appropriate manner is
observed.
Information processing capacity
In this way of organizing and processing information is observed.
Attitude towards work is also observed and efficiency in task completion is also seen.
All these steps is being helping an organization to sustain diversity because they are
creating positive environment to work for employees working within an organization. These are
effective in an way that behaviour of an individual is monitored through it.

helpful in reduction of negative influence of subordinates behaviour (Pham and et. al., 2020).
Reduction of stress: This is one of the most common factor that impacts subordinates behaviour
because due to work pressure sometimes angers can occur within subordinates. Supervisor's are
required to introduce various activities like yoga classes, indoor games which helps in reducing
negative impact of behaviour that eventually makes working environment safer to work.
Further stress can be understood through General Adaptation Syndrome (GAS) this
model states that resistance level at the time of stressful events differ from person to person. For
this only three stages has been identified in the theory that is alarm, resistance and exhaustion.
Subordinates has to follows certain strategies to reduce stress and they are as follows:
Organisational Coping Strategies: In this institutional programs is required to be
modified through designing work schedule. Also healthy work culture should be
introduced which makes coordination between supervisor possible.

through healthy promotion, employees fitness programs and career development.
Fundamental Work-Life Relationships: This means that subordinates are required to
make employee understand about balancing of work and personal life which can be done
by making importance of long-term and short term perspective of problems at
workplace. Also demands from both sides can be extreme and people may need to be
prepared to make trade.
