INTRODUCTION Management is considered as a process of monitoring and controlling different things in an appropriate manner. The main purpose of business organization is to increase profit margin in future period of time. This report is carried upon company named as Alloy Computer products. It is well known Australian manufacturing company founded in the year of 1979. They provide different variety of products such as networking and VoIP products to its user in order to satisfy them. In this assignment, there are different steps taken for promoting diversity and also explain how manager of company behave differently with its staffs. Apart from this, they also provide explanation regarding various emerging issues in leadership and how to minimize politics within business organization. And, internet imposes direct impact on culture of organization(Adekol and Sergi, 2016). MAIN BODY What steps are today’s organizations taking to promote diversity and are these efforts effective? There are various steps taken by business organization to promote diversity at workplace. In context of Alloy Computer products, there are different steps taken by manager that is going to be mentioned below: Educate manager towards benefits of diversityIt is necessary to have a superior relationship between manager as well as employee in order to bring diversity at workplace. It is necessary to provide proper education to its manager regarding advantages of diversity within business organization. Communicate clearly and create employee- led task forcesit is necessary to communicate with its employees in an effective manner in order to bring diversity within business organization. In addition to this, it is necessary for manager to provide equal treatment to its employees in term of gender, sex, age and many more that help in increasing their confidence level in order to bringing diversity within business organization(Bratton and Gold, 2017). Offer equal opportunity for employee’s engagementit is necessary for manager of organization to give opportunity to an individual person to take part in decision making of company that help in performing different activity and task in an appropriate manner. context of Alloy computer product, the manager of company provides opportunity to take participation in decision of organization that is helpful in future period of time. Therefore, there are different steps which are taken by Alloy computer product in order to promote diversity. How should the company’s supervisors behave differently to get their subordinates to experience less stress on the job, or at least, get them to react less negatively? There are various methods which are used by manager to behave differently with its staff member for reducing their stress on job that is going to be mentioned below: Set clear goal for employeesit is significant for business organization to clarify their goal in order to reduce stress level of employee during particular phase of time period. If the employee has understanding regarding goal then they can achieve it in timely manner. Offer flexible work environmentthe organization must focuses on providing flexible work atmosphere to its employees in order to motivate them to increase productivity level in future period of time. They must provide a flexible environment to its individual person for increasing their motivation level towards achieving goal and objective. Discourage multitaskingwhen an individual person performs different work at a time that increases their stress level. Therefore, it is necessary for manager of organization to reduce multitasking for performing their work in an appropriate manner(Hitt, Ireland and Hoskisson, 2016). Therefore, there are various things which are consider by manager to reduce stress level of its subordinates and motivates them to achieve goal and objective in timely manner. What could Mark do to improve things in this situation and why should he do them? Due to decrease in productivity, the manager of organization focuses on doing different things such as increase employees engagement , provide rewards to its employees and many more that is going to be mentioned below: Increase employee engagement: The manager of business organization focuses on increasing engagement level of employees or motivating them to perform different task in an appropriate manner. If there is enhancement in participation level of employees,it motivate employees to perform task in an appropriate manner and it helps organization in increasing productivity level in future period of time. Provide rewardFurthermore, the manager of business organization provides rewards, appraisal or promotion to its employees for motivating them towards achieving goal and objective in timely manner. 3

It involve various competencies like empathy, self-confidence self awareness which is necessary to control by an individual person within business organization. Trustis other emerging issues which are occur in the leadership. It is necessary for leader of organization to have a trustworthy behavior with individual person that help them in increasing their motivation level to perform work in an appropriate manner. Leading virtual teamit is necessary for leader of business organization to lead team in an appropriate manner. It helps the leader in sharing their problems with its leader which is faced by them while performing their work in an appropriate manner(Rebelo, Santos and Silva, 2016). In addition to this, there are variousalternative to leadershipthat is mentioned below: Collegialityherein, the member in collegiality system are connected with one another for common purpose and respect capability of each other to perform different work towards achieving goals and objective in timely manner. Lack of clarityincreases inner politics within business organization and that enhance rumors among different individual person that imposes direct impact on productivity of organization in future period of time. Lack of trustis the other reason for politics within company. It is considered as a reason which destroys image or goodwill of company during particular phase of time period (Welford, 2016). Intranets can reflect an organizational culture and its impact in contemporary organizations and the challenges faced in maintaining culture with remote employees. Intranet plays an important role in defining or explaining workplace culture. But it is necessary for business organization to use appropriately that help in bringing positive ambience at workplace. The use of intranet can impose direct impact on culture of company that is going to be mentioned below: On boardingis considered as processes that help new recruit’s to see how individual person interact or behave with one another while performing their work. The intranet helps in increasing experience level to new recruit’s to see how to interact with one another. Updates through intranet, the manager provide regular updates in respect of warp and weft of company and also they provide information regarding office security, subordinates night out and many more that help in increasing engagement level of workforce and create a superior culture within an organization. Two ways communicationthrough intranet, the manager of organization can communicate directly with its subordinates that help in exchanging necessary information from one another. Therefore, this is considered as one of the biggest challenge which is faced by remote employees and increases turnover of its employees. Securityis considered as other reason which is faced by remote employee such as physical terror attack, cyber terrorism and many more that is come in mind of an individual person that increases turnover rate of its employees at workplace. Time Zone Bingo and communication concernit is another challenge faced by the employees such as they can communicate with top management by video calls, instant messaging and many more that sometime create misunderstanding among them and that increases turnover rate of employees at workplace.
